-암치료에서 암줄기세포의 표적화에 관한 심포지엄-

이번 Molecular Medicine Tri-Conference에서 신설된 이 심포지엄은 암치료제의 표적으로서 암줄기세포(CSC) 및 관련 경로에 대한 관심이 제약업계 및 바이오테크놀러지 업계에서 높아지고 있다고 하는 상황을 반영하고 있습니다. 이 심포지엄에서는 업계 관계자의 사례연구 발표가 예정되어 있으며, 각종 고형종양에서 암줄기세포를 분리해서 특징짓는(게놈 및 프로테옴면) 연구의 최신 성과, CSC 자기재생에 필요한 경로의 확인, CSC내에서 약제 표적을 확인하고 검증하기 위한 인비트로 어세이(in vitro assays), 암치료제 후보의 인비보 효능 모델 개발, 암의 시그널(Notch, Hedgehog, Wnt 등) 전달계를 표적으로 한 프로젝트의 검증과 같은 테마가 다루어질 예정입니다.
