Abstract
Summary
eMobile is Japan' s fifth mobile phone service provider starting on March 31,
2007 to provide high-speed 3G (wCDMA-HSDPA) data services and in due course
nationwide data and voice services. With next generation base stations,
planned WiMax offerings, and flat data plans, eMobile is a disruptive new
player in Japan' s almost US$ 100 Billion/year mobile services market.
