This programme looks at opportunities for telecoms operators, and the vendors that support them, to sell solutions to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

Cultural differences will affect scores, so we can compare operators in each country, but not between countries. *Respondents with an NPS based on a small sample size (between 10 and 20).
