The emergence of edge computing has been greatly influenced by the desire to decrease latency and increase resilience. The function of the network is now becoming even more crucial because of the development of IoT and the move toward more IT infrastructure at the edge, with an emphasis on wired and wireless networks and aspects such as speed, capacity, bandwidth, throughput, resilience, and decreased latency. Real-time data processing at edge allows the organizations to generate insights relevant to their business decision, thereby helping in real-time decision-making processes."The edge infrastructure requires a cooperative strategy in which different service providers, such as network providers, security services, hardware providers, 5G service providers, and so forth, join forces to give excellent service to their clients. The business has to implement organic integration and build an ecosystem that benefits all market participants.
