LSH 23.06.13This IDC study examines the 2022 market shares of the major vendors in the worldwide smart TV market."The worldwide smart TV market took a hit in 2022," says Adam Wright, research manager for IDC's Smart Home and Office Devices research program. "Shipment volumes declined in all regions except Canada and the Middle East/Africa. Declines were particularly sharp in central/eastern Europe and the United States as high installed bases coupled with long replacement cycles and macroeconomic headwinds put downward pressure on demand."
