Schwartz, adjunct research analyst, IDC's IT Executive Programs (IEP). "The key to ensuring that it is integrated properly into the flow of work requires a lot of work, from coming up with the right ideas to vetting those ideas to ensuring that these new innovations work seamlessly in the environment."
